Is Bowen Therapy relaxing?
The first two, cross fibre rolls that we apply, take your body out of the "fight or flight' mode and put it into a "rest & repair" mode. The therapist keeps you in this lovely, relaxed state throughout the whole treatment, allowing the body to receive the best outcomes from the session.
